Cancellation Request


  • This cancellation request forms is only applicable to booking made through Wink's official website or social media pages, email, phone-in and walk-in.
  • Cancellation requested more than 14 days prior to check-in date would be free. However the 10% deposit would not be refunded.
  • Cancellation requested less than 14 days prior to check-in date would incur 100% cost.
  • For bookings made through third-party booking sites (i.e. Agoda, Booking.com), kindly refer to the respective cancellation policy.
  • Please refer to the Policy page for complete and up-to-date cancellation terms and conditions.
  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will go ahead to process it accordingly as per policy, and send you a cancellation email which you have provided to us.
  • Should you not receive the cancellation email after 12 hours, kindly please contact us again.
