  • This date change request form is only applicable to booking made through Wink's official website or social media pages, email, phone-in and walk-in.
  • For indirect bookings (i.e. Agoda, Booking.com, etc), kindly refer to your respective site for date change request.
  • Please refer to the Policy page for complete and up-to-date  date change terms and conditions.
  • Once we receive your request, we will verify the original input details and get in touch with you before sending you a new confirmation email.
  • Should you not hear back from us after 12 hours, kindly please contact us again.
