Are there any current promotions?

Are female-only rooms available?
Selected room types and dates may include female-only options. Availability depends on outlet and booking date.
Can groups stay together?
Yes. Selected family and group rooms are suitable for travellers who want to stay together. Contact the team for larger group planning.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage is generally available around check-in and check-out, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. This is subject to outlet capacity and staff instructions on the day.
What if I arrive late?
You may check in any time after 3:00 PM with a valid booking. Our reception officially closes at 9:00 PM, but if you arrive later, simply ring the doorbell and our night staff will assist you.
For a quicker late check-in, manage your stay in the Guest Portal before arrival, including estimated arrival time and passport details. Please also have the passports of all guests ready on arrival, as staff will verify submitted details and visually inspect each passport during check-in.
